  Lovely lunch in the bar. Bartender was on top of everything. Perfect end to a day of shopping in Arcadia. Had stopped at two places for lunch, and they were over an hour wait. Went to Chili's and they were busy, but got right in to the bar. Should Have gone there in the first place.

  I sat for 30 minutes with not one person acknowledging that I was even there. I finally flagged down the manager after he was called to another table next to me. The waitress came after the manager spoke to her and said, I was not aware that you was due to taking care of another table. I ordere and waited another 20 minutes. Of course just as soon as I got up to use restroom, she delivers my soup. No napkins given with bag of eating utensils. I finally asked the table next to me for a couple napkins when I seen they had a stack of napkins. The restaurant was not full and the temperature was freezing. I will not visit this restaurant again in Arcadia.
